Application procedure

At Frencken you don’t choose a job but a career. Thank you for your interest. Application involves five steps:

Apply

Did you see a job that suits you? Respond through the application possibility below each vacancy. You can also apply by email with CV and send it to talent@frencken.nl. If you have sent an online application form, you will receive a confirmation by return email.

Do you want to know more about what the vacancy involves? The department manager will be happy to provide a full explanation. You can find his or her contact details in the job description. Linda Beunder (Corporate recruiter) and Peter Bloemers (HR manager) can answer your other questions. This can be done via (040) 250 75 07 or talent@frencken.nl.

Review

When we receive your application, we look at your motivation, ambition and education. Within one week you will receive a response.

First phase

Do your motivation, ambition and CV match the vacancy? If yes, we plan an initial interview with the department manager in the short term. He or she tells you about the organization, function and department. In turn, you tell him or her about your motivation, aspirations, knowledge and work experience. At the end of this conversation, we let you when you can expect our feedback.

Second phase

Were your and our first impressions positive? Then a second round follows in the short term. Depending on the job, this can be done in one or more sessions. An assessment may be part of the application process.

Employment proposal

Have all interviews been positive manner and you are also enthusiastic? Then we would like to offer you a contract with an appropriate salary and secondary benefits. Welcome to Frencken. We strive to complete the whole application process within three to four weeks.
